Structural Engineering Careers in Los Angeles
Build your future working on residential and commercial structural projects across Los Angeles. We deliver code-compliant, constructable designs and permit-ready documents with clear communication from kickoff through construction. We strongly prefer California-licensed SEs and PEs -and we also welcome near-PE applicants (EITs with exams passed/in progress and a defined licensure timeline). Right now we’re hiring for three hybrid roles, with postings linked below. We’re especially interested in candidates who bring either project delivery leadership (PM/assistant PM) or deep technical residential experience leading structural plans and calculations. Many candidates will be a hybrid of both.
Open Roles
We’re currently hiring for the positions below. See each job posting for full responsibilities, qualifications, and compensation details.
- Structural Project Manager (Hybrid)
- Assistant Structural Project Manager (Hybrid)
- Structural Project Engineer (Hybrid)
Tip: If you are applying as an EIT, include your PEtimeline (exam status and target licensure date). If you are a PE pursuing SE licensure, note your current status
Leadership Options: Project Delivery or Technical Design
We are seeking California-licensed PEs and SEs, or near-licensed candidates, who can lead either project delivery or technical design. Some hires will be hybrid. On the project-delivery side, you will guide clients and consultants, keep permitting and submittals moving, and maintain technical quality through construction support. On the technical side, you will own residential plans and calculations, set detailing and QC standards, mentor the team, and develop clear load paths and constructable lateral systems that reflect real Los Angeles site conditions.

Growth & Mentorship
We invest in our people through mentorship, hands-on experience, and clear standards. Whether you’re a PE stepping into a management role or an EIT approaching licensure, you’ll be supported as you grow technical judgment, documentation quality, and project leadership.
- Structured onboarding for consistent calculations and detailing
- Exposure to seismic design, retrofit evaluation, and construction support
- Feedback-driven growth with increasing responsibility over time
